Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Besenix website, public documentation and product early-access enquiries. A separate licence or agreement may accompany software provided for evaluation.

Early-access software

Early-access builds are pre-release software intended for evaluation and feedback. Features, compatibility, availability and documentation may change. Access is reviewed individually and is not guaranteed by submitting the contact form.

Engineering responsibility

You remain responsible for reviewing backups, generated files, PLC or HMI code, communication parameters and all project changes before download, commissioning or production use. Validate results in a safe test environment and follow the applicable Siemens, equipment-manufacturer and site-safety procedures.

No production guarantee

Unless expressly agreed in writing, early-access software and website materials are provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that they are suitable for a particular machine, process, device or production environment.

Acceptable use

Do not use the website or software to violate law, interfere with systems, bypass access controls, distribute malware or attempt to obtain unauthorised access to projects, devices or services.

Intellectual property

Besenix names, software, visual identity, manuals and original website materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Public manuals may be used for evaluating the relevant product but may not be presented as another product's documentation.

External services

The website links to or embeds external services such as YouTube and FormSubmit. Their availability and data practices are governed by their respective terms and policies.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Besenix is not responsible for indirect loss, production interruption, lost data or project damage arising from reliance on early-access materials without independent engineering validation.
