The contact form may collect your first and last name, business email address, company, TIA Portal version, PLC or HMI family, product interest and the message you submit.

Why we use it

Information is used to respond to your enquiry, assess early-access compatibility, provide requested product or demonstration information and maintain necessary business correspondence. It is not used for automated decision-making or sold to third parties.

Service providers

Website enquiries are delivered using FormSubmit, an external form backend and email delivery service. FormSubmit processes the submitted fields to forward the message. Review the FormSubmit privacy terms before submitting sensitive information. Embedded videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain; interacting with a video may still connect your browser to Google services.

Retention

Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate compatibility, maintain relevant follow-up and meet applicable legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information, or object to its processing where applicable, by contacting the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
